At Spirit Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
